OUR 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE INCLUDES:
· A select number of 1-on-1 personal training sessions each week
· Personalised coaching and programming for your individual goals
· Nutritional coaching and personalised support
· Education and 1-on-1 accountability
· Health assessments and regular tracking
Semi-Private
Coaching Program
OUR SEMI-PRIVATE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
· A choice of 2 or 3 semi-private personal training sessions per week
· Personalised coaching and programming for your individual goals
· 2 trainers to each semi-private group (capped at 8 people)
· Nutritional coaching and personalised support
· Education and a high level of both 1-on-1 and group accountability
· Health assessments and regular tracking
· A fun, inspiring and motivating small group environment
