Personal Training

At Foundation Gym we teach our clients to train effectively so they can transform their bodies, develop their physical capabilities and improve their health. With a focus on providing industry-leading personal training, clients develop incredible cardio fitness, build strength, and improve mobility with tailored individualised programs that deliver exceptional results.

Nutrition coaching

Our nutrition coaching system is designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. Every member receives our industry-leading nutritional expertise and personalised nutritional support as well as our nutrition guidelines and recipe books which enable healthy eating to fit in with a busy lifestyle and demanding work commitments.

Lifestyle Coaching

Transforming your health and fitness is as much about what you do outside of the gym walls as it is within them. We provide a comprehensive health coaching service that covers areas such as stress management, mindset, and sleep, to ensure our clients have the support and resources required to build healthy sustainable habits that enable them to succeed long-term.

We work alongside every client to understand their individual needs and we create a personalised plan and support structure that enables them to achieve their goals.

Every client at Foundation Gym gets access to our online education hub plus personalised support to ensure you improve your knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and healthy living and have a high degree of accountability so you implement your learnings and achieve your goals.

We are a private personal training gym for busy professional people. Our services are designed to eliminate barriers and provide our clients with everything they need to achieve a higher level of health, fitness and daily vitality. 1-On-1
Personal Training

OUR 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE INCLUDES:

· A select number of 1-on-1 personal training sessions each week

· Personalised coaching and programming for your individual goals

· Nutritional coaching and personalised support

· Education and 1-on-1 accountability

· Health assessments and regular tracking

Semi-Private
Coaching Program

OUR SEMI-PRIVATE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

· A choice of 2 or 3 semi-private personal training sessions per week

· Personalised coaching and programming for your individual goals

· 2 trainers to each semi-private group (capped at 8 people)

· Nutritional coaching and personalised support

· Education and a high level of both 1-on-1 and group accountability

· Health assessments and regular tracking

· A fun, inspiring and motivating small group environment
